My Story
MeraKids BabySitting Services in Zakynthos
My name is Sandra. I have a diploma in preschool education and I am graduated in primary education from the University of Valencia (Spain). I have worked in Spain as a babysitter for 6 years, as well as in a nursery school with students from 0-3 years old.
For more than 10 years I longed to leave Spain and work abroad, but it was summer 2021 that I managed to do so. It was then that I came to Zakynthos to work as a babysitter at Periyali Villas.
I fell in love with this island as soon as I arrived, and a few weeks before the end of the season, I discovered that there was a growing demand for babysitters here, so without hesitation, I decided to undertake this new project.
Other reasons that have driven me to carry out this dream are the trust, tranquility, and satisfaction shown by the families with whom I have had the pleasure of working, whom I have wanted to involve through this website, in order to to provide their opinions, references, and experience regarding the quality of the attention received and the work performed.

I am a primary school teacher, graduated from the University of Athens and I have a Master’s degree in teaching Greek as a second/foreign language. I did the annual seminar in special education for gifted children and the annual seminar in intercultural education. I have been working as a teacher for 6 years and as a babysitter for 4 years.
